Wendy Matthews

Owner/Lead Consultant

Wendy has over 20 years’ experience in resort planning and operations, including experience working in one of the most successful high-end RV resorts in Texas. She brings an extensive background in marketing and sales, operations, and events management. In addition, Wendy is an expert in the latest resort management systems for customer service, reservations, and accounting. She utilizes these skills to prepare our clients for the day-to-day aspects of resort operations.

Matt Corrion 

Lead Design Consultant

Matt is the Lead Design Consultant for MBC and Owner & President of Outdoor Design Group. Matt is a licensed landscape architect with over 20 years of experience working in the landscape architecture, land planning and land development industries. Matt and his team have worked in and with numerous municipalities throughout the U.S. and have a thorough understanding of local, state and federal requirements and the keys to successful project negotiations. Matt is exceptional at not only creating unique site plans, but recommending the best operational solutions for clients.

Austin Melton 

Consultant

Austin  is a Consultant for MBC has a degree from Texas A&M University in Parks and Rec.  His experience is working with one of the few municipalities that owns a business.  Working in the tourism industry, his experience ranges from Marketing, Planning, Operations, and Logistics.

Ashton Melton

Administrative Assistant

Ashton is our Office Manager and keeps our projects on target and well organized.
